Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered courier companies and /or speed post only (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days, if the items are in-stock; and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Custom Card is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order and payment, for in-stock items; or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order).

Custom Card has no liability or responsibility for any damage that may occur to the order while in transit to the buyer. All such liability and responsibility lie solely with the shipping and/or courier organization.
