We bring a unique experience to a century old plastic card payment industry by helping customers convert their existing plastic payment card to a Luxury Metal Card. Customers are able to individualize their new Metal Credit/Debit card to any design to a fit their personal or business needs.

• We take your existing plastic credit or debit cards and convert them in luxury metal credit cards tailored to your design and taste.

• We offer 3 simple order options:

1. 1. Choose from our pre-designed gallery of over 200 designs.
   2. Create a semi-customized card using our online tool where you can select borders, logos, backgrounds from our self customizer tool
   3. Go all out and create a Fully Customized card to your own individual desire.

• Once payment is received, you will receive an automatic email with instructions to mail your credit/debit card to our secure lab.

• Once original card is received we will inspect the EMV chip & Magnetic Data Strip to make sure there are no prior damages that may result in a successful transfer of your data to the custom card (if any we will request that you ask your bank to issue a new card. Only if necessary)

• We will create the metal card according to your order selection.  (Fully customized cards will go through a design and review process where one of our specialist will review the design and send you a proof to approve before production.

• We will then transfer all your data from the magnetic strip of your old card to the new Custom Metal Card. The EMV chip will be carefully removed and transplanted into the custom metal card. Your new card will be tested for functionality.

• Your old card will no longer be functional. You have the option to request us to shred/discard your old card securely or send it back to you with your new Custom Metal Card at no extra cost.

• Your new custom luxury metal credit card’s shipping information will be updated & mailed priority back to you within 48 hours of us receiving your card back to you ready for use!

• We will ship your new Custom Luxury Metal Card back to you within 24-48 hours from when we receive you original card. Typically the turn around time after design is selected can range from 24-72 hours. We mail your Custom Card back to you via priority mail so you should receive your new card between 24-72 hours from when we ship it out.  The cost of the priority shipping is included in your purchase anywhere in the United States. However if you would like it overnight there will be an additional cost based on your location. International shipping costs are not included.

We take confidentiality and security very seriously

• Upon receiving your original cards, they are locked up in a secured center where only the information transfer specialist has access to.

• Credit card data is never stored in our facility database/server. Data Transfer machines are air gapped (not connected to the internet).

• Original cards once design is completed will be mailed back with your order or destroyed/shredded

• For additional security our internal/external servers are protected with Military grade 256 bit Encryption & firewalls.

• Your custom metal card should be accepted at all the current places that your plastic cards are currently being accepted with chip & swipe magnetic strip function.

• While we have tested our cards at various ATM machines with no problems. We do not recommend using your custom metal cards at ATM machines, as these cards are much thicker and MAY NOT not be able to access the insertion and ejection of the ATM machines.

• Custom metal cards will not affect your already set up contactless payment option that you may have already set up with your smartphone via ApplePay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. Note that tap and pay feature will not work on the metal credit cards but will still work with your smartphone.

• Keep in mind, very rare, but some vendors use older POS machines that could have a hard time identifying the swipe magnetic strip and may require for them to swipe a few times or in rare cases, not read at all.

• Since all custom cards are custom designed, we do not accept any returns/exchanges. However, if your card is shipped & not functioning, we will be more than happy to replace your non-functional Custom Card with a brand new one, shipped to you over night at our expense. Or return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
